Alina Nikishina is a Certified Coach, Licensed Hypnotist, and accredited expert in subconscious change work. Part of what makes her work unique is the method she specializes in called Core Transformation, which is a form of “parts work”, and we’ll get into more today on the show. We talked about the private session that Alina and I did together before the show. She guided me through a CT session where we were focused on my habit of smoking/vaping weed. We got to the core state that that part of me desires, and I discussed with her my thoughts, feelings and behavioral changes after the session. It was the first time we talked about it and it was great to understand even further how this method positively affects our relationship with yourself.
